The Art of the Walk Through. We will discuss what to do when you arrive at the home to build immediate rapport, find common ground and gain trust.

Are you comfortable asking for the commitment from the seller to hire you as the trusted agent to sell their home? Many agents fail in this area. Once they get in front of their prospective seller, many leave without asking for the business. Let’s make sure that’s not you!

Week Four

Once you have the listing, how do you maintain your Rock Star Agent Image even when the going is tuff. Here we will discuss how to sell difficult properties and how to work with difficult and unusual sellers. Let’s make sure you don’t make “rookie mistakes.”
